The Barton Chapel Centre serves Christian Churches and organisations from all over the UK and abroad. With a range of indoor and outdoor spaces ready to host your next camp or conference
We are a family church, rooted in God looking to serve Barton in the Beans, surrounding villages, and beyond.

There's always lots going on at Barton Chapel, something for everyone, but the real reason for all the different activities is to enable people to be introduced to Jesus Christ in a real way. The Bible tells us that it doesn’t matter what background we have, what age we are, or what our station in life is, we need to be right with God. The only way to be right with God is to have a real living relationship with Jesus Christ through His work on the cross for us.

Taking people away from the stresses, time constraints and priorities of their everyday environment puts everyone at ease and gives you the time to really get to know one another. A children's or youth camp, Church family retreat, women’s, men’s or Christian organisation conference, we provide the space for relationships to be built, teams to grow and memories to be made.
You’ll enjoy good quality accommodation with flexibility and room for expansion onto the field in the camping area. And also disability friendly wheelchair access across all meeting areas.
You will have exclusive use of our venue, whether for a five day, full week or weekend program. Having full use of all meeting areas indoors and outdoors. Your guests can truly make the venue their own. Want to hold a worship session on the field in the evening? No problem. Fancy a barbeque in the sunshine? No problem. A camp fire on a stary night? No problem. With Barton Chapel having been a place of worship for over 250 years there will be a family friendly Sunday morning service at 10:30am which will be expected to be attended by any group meeting over the weekend.
The perfect place away from the distractions of everyday life so you can relax, connect, worship and be equipped with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Whatever the purpose of your getaway – to simply put your feet up, frantic and challenging children’s and youth camps or to spend quality time studying the Bible together, The Barton Center offers all the facilities you need.
You’ll find self-catering options for groups of all different sizes from 12 – 60. We provide the space, the accommodation and the facilities. This means your group can settle in quickly, feel at home, and get on with your own programme as seamlessly as possible. Whatever the numbers in your group, we’ll be delighted to discuss how to make it work and suit you best.
